Upload or Take a Photo
When you’re ready, upload or take a photo of your vehicle and caravan.
Just make sure the photo is taken from the side, with your rig centred and square-on.
Stand directly side-on to the vehicle, facing it straight, and avoid angles or elevated positions.
🧭 Remember: LoadMate uses this image to calculate dimensions — so if the photo is skewed or off-centre, your results might be too.
That said, don’t stress — our intuitive calibration tool is built to handle a bit of variation and still return highly accurate results.
💡 Tip: Prefer to enter dimensions manually instead? You can do that anytime under the Setup menu.
