Ask a caravanner how far the tug has travelled and they'll read it off the dash. Ask about the van and you'll get a squint and a guess.
Yet the van is the asset with the distance-based jobs, bearing repacks, brake checks, tyre changes, all counting down from a number nobody has been tracking.

The odometer lives on the caravan itself, with its own history. Swap tow vehicles, borrow a mate's ute for a move. The kilometres stay with the van they belong to.
Trips move it forward
Finish a towed trip and answer one odometer prompt. The trip's distance lands on the van's reading as well as the tug's. A mistyped low number gets filed as history; the reading never goes backwards.
Distance jobs count down from the truth
Repack-the-bearings and every other by-the-kilometre task runs off the van's real reading, and the pre-trip sweep can tell you a job will fall due partway through the trip you're planning.

Yes. loadmate is free to download and explore, and Pro is the single subscription that lets you add your own caravan and keep its odometer, services and history. There are no feature tiers to pick between.
- Can I see how it works before I subscribe?
Yes. Every screen runs on a fully working demo rig, a LandCruiser 300 and a Jayco Journey, including a van with its own odometer reading and history you can browse. There's no trial clock, so you can take your time.
- Does the app add up the kilometres, or do I log them by hand?
