- Is maintenance tracking free, or do I need Pro?
You can explore the demo rig's full maintenance history for free. Service schedule, recurring tasks and countdowns all render on demo data. Logging your own van's and tow vehicle's services, tasks and schedules is a Pro feature. Pro is one subscription that unlocks the whole app; there are no separate feature tiers.
- Can it track both the caravan and the tow vehicle?
Yes. A rig runs two service schedules, and loadmate keeps them apart: each asset carries its own tasks, intervals and countdowns, so the van's bearing repack and the tug's oil change never get mixed up.
- Does it warn me before a service is due, not just after?
Yes. Each task can count down by distance, by time, or whichever comes first. Items show amber when they're due soon and turn orange once overdue, and they land on your Rig screen so nothing waits until it's already late.
- Will it flag a service that falls due mid-trip?
Yes. When you plan a trip, loadmate projects your tasks and schedule against the distance and dates and tells you what comes due before you leave or on the road, for example a bearing repack that would fall due partway into a long run.
