When did you actually repack the bearings?
The receipts are in a folder at home. The reminder is a note inside a cupboard door. Somewhere between the Nullarbor and now, 'due around March' became a guess.
A rig runs two service schedules, the van's and the tow vehicle's, and they drift on different clocks: one by the calendar, one by the odometer.
A record that keeps count for you
One entry per service, kept for good
Date, odometer, cost, provider and photos of the invoice. Every service on the van or the tug lands in one history that survives a lost folder and a change of workshop.

Countdowns that watch the odometer
Set each interval by distance, by time, or whichever comes first. Due-soon shows amber, overdue turns orange and lands on your Rig screen where you'll actually see it.

Start from 30+ ready-made tasks
Grease the hitch, repack bearings, gas certificate, breakaway test. A task library built for caravans and tow vehicles, one tap to add with sensible default intervals.

Common questions
- Is maintenance tracking free, or do I need Pro?
You can explore the demo rig's full maintenance history for free. Service schedule, recurring tasks and countdowns all render on demo data. Logging your own van's and tow vehicle's services, tasks and schedules is a Pro feature. Pro is one subscription that unlocks the whole app; there are no separate feature tiers.
- Can it track both the caravan and the tow vehicle?
Yes. A rig runs two service schedules, and loadmate keeps them apart: each asset carries its own tasks, intervals and countdowns, so the van's bearing repack and the tug's oil change never get mixed up.
- Does it warn me before a service is due, not just after?
Yes. Each task can count down by distance, by time, or whichever comes first. Items show amber when they're due soon and turn orange once overdue, and they land on your Rig screen so nothing waits until it's already late.
- Will it flag a service that falls due mid-trip?
Yes. When you plan a trip, loadmate projects your tasks and schedule against the distance and dates and tells you what comes due before you leave or on the road, for example a bearing repack that would fall due partway into a long run.
- Can I try it before paying?
Yes. loadmate is free to download on iOS and Android, and the demo rig comes with a full service history to poke through, overdue trailer bearings included, so you can see how the whole maintenance system works before you subscribe.
